    This is a mini workshop of our flagship program Time and Stress Management. Here we only focus on stress management even though we touch upon time management in our discussions. What is stress? What triggers it and why does it happen? These are all questions that we answer in the stress management workshop using the NLP tool. We will touch upon some tools to be able to handle stress and come up with our own strategies to feel happy and content with the current moment. We will work a lot on our presence of mind, body and heart.
