This is a blended program that develops our own leadership, by exposing us to different leadership skills and competencies like delegation, team management, innovation, planning as well as other leadership tools. It also taps into the inner dynamics of leadership from the lens of The Enneagram model of 9 personality types. So, we get to know how each type leads differently and therefore has a special print in any organization. We therefore, get to look at major leadership topics like delegation for example from the perspective of each type. In this program, we will develop and sharpen our leadership skills to grow and lead teams from a more awakened perspective. Therefore, lead more efficiently and smoothly. - Who Should attend
