    The MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator course is designed for IT professionals who want to master the core services
    and features of Microsoft 365. This course equips you with the expertise to deploy, manage, secure, and monitor
    Microsoft 365 environments across enterprise organizations.
    You will learn how to manage identities, implement and maintain compliance and security, and support Microsoft 365
    core services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and more. This course also prepares you for the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification exam.
  • Course Outcomes

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
• Configure and manage a Microsoft 365 tenant, including organizational settings, domains, user identities, and licensing.
• Manage Microsoft 365 core services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise.
• Implement and manage identity synchronization using Azure AD Connect and configure hybrid identity environments.
• Secure Microsoft 365 environments using Microsoft Defender solutions, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and secure access controls.
• Configure threat protection and monitoring with Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps.
• Implement compliance solutions including data loss prevention (DLP), retention policies, message encryption, and insider risk management through Microsoft Purview.
